I havea accidentally cut the connection off from my garden. It was on a national holiday when I logged on the whattsup chat group of the vumatel and the response was prompt and the turn around time was only 8hrs I never anticipated that I can be quickly assistant on the New years day holiday, but the team came to my house in the morning and reconnected me.
