I have placed an order from Vumatel sadv last week and have paid R 399 since then there is no form of communication and I have been waiting for a router to be installed but no one has contacted me yet, instead they have sent an email stating that they have attempted to call me whereas they di d not even try. Agents are not even helpful at this point, I'm working from home and can't work now due to this.
