I have had my WiFi for 3 years now and must say that from the 1st day Vumatel has be quick with answering any of my questions and twice I have had a connection problem, given a ticket for repair that would be done within 24 to 72 hours but have had it repaired on the same day at no extra cost or hassle. I am very very satisfied
