I have been battling with Vumatel to fix my problem for more than 3 days! They rate their own service and give themselves their own rating and close the job without the client consent or opportunity for your own feedback. Completely unacceptable service!!!! I trust this will receive the necessary escalation and feedback. I’m tired or dealing with people from unhelpful so called help desks!!
