I have an ongoing issue with my internet connection for the past 3 weeks

I have an ongoing issue with my internet connection for the past 3 weeks. Despite numerous tickets being logged by my ISP the problem has yet to be resolved. A technician has been sent out 3 times, the last time to replace the ONT, but even after the replacement the problem has not been resolved.
