I have a problem with Vumatel people

I have a problem with Vumatel people. It Bern three weeks now that my wifi has not been working and they keep saying that the escalating the matter.. Mean while I have paid for it but I am unable to use it. Cause they are falling to just bring same to come connect to work... If the can't fix it can they refund me my money and come get the wifi thing. So I can get other service providers that can help me or thst I can use cause clear to see they are same how falling me and I am not the only one in my community with this problem. So if they can't fix the issue we will write a petition to have them removed in the whole Naledi..
