I have 99 problems and fibre service is one of them!!!

Between Vumatel & Cellc this service is despicable…my internet goes down more than not and no one has an answer of what the problem is. Unfortunately where I live, Vumatel is the only service provider for fibre and it infuriates me. Is there any other provider that can assist in our area with better service????!!!!!!
