I had an internet connection, i contacted afrihost in the evening and the lady that tried to assist me, was extremely helpful and assisted me within her capability, and she escalated the problem with a reference number to vuma, the following day a technician from vuma arrived and resolved the internet connectivity problem, i am extremely satisfied with the fact that the internet connection was restored.
