I give Vumatel zero stars

If I could give Vumtel zero stars I would, what a horrible company with the worst customer service ever. If you having fiber problems trust me it's not your ISP it's absolutely Vumatel. I've had the worst experience before installation until first renewal, I can't even renew my service because both me and my ISP are at the mercy of Vumatel.

Been struggling to renew my service because vumatel messed up my installation so I get an "Error VE-402: Cannot find a service_id that is associated with the network identifier" when I try to renew, the only way I could be able to renew was when my ISP had to ask Vumatel to release my line (which took 3 days) so that I an reapply. I eventually reapp****, and paid the fee but guess what?? I still have no internet because my ISP has to ask the big greedy boss Vumatel for "permission". I will probably have to wait for monday to follow up with my ISP only for the ticket to be escalated but still no internet.

I hate Vumatel and the fact that they have the monopoly on fiber with no intention of providing satisfactory service, What a horrible company, Why can't we choose our own FNO's!
