I GIVE UP🤦🏾♂️

Vumatel is Just not working for me.

I have been a long time client of theirs and moved from a 20 mb to 40 mb line in a year of using the service. We are only 3 people on our WiFi and only home at night during the week. We cannot stream a movie together as a family and it buffers. It's been so embarrassing having friends over to stream a football game and it buffers. My neighbour has a 20 mb line and more people on and gets better coverage so I decided to downgrade my plan as I was paying more for my ****py connection but still getting the same coverage. This is my first month back on a 20 mb line and I think I should just start seeking another company that delivers better Fibre🤔,Problem is that vumatel is the only supplier in my area and i think that they are prone to seeking out the poorer communities as people do not give them as much greef than if they supp**** the service in a more wealthy community. I don't know if this will ever change. We are battling with much more in society but this issue just adds to our stress. If anyone can recommend a better service provider in Cafda Villiage,Retreat, Cape Town.please let me know.
