I feel ****** by Vumatel

I place an order on the 5th of April 2021 for fibre installation and I was asked to pay 399 and I did on the same day. Until this day there has been no communication from Vumatel or Webafrica with regards to the installation of my Fibre connection. I have been trying to get hold of them through WhatsApp and calls nothing at all. All I want at this moment is the refund of my money and look for a more reliable Fibre ISP
