i do not recommend vumatel polokwane

ever wondered why vumatel doesn't have a help line or customer care line? well its been over 7 days waiting for vumatel in polokwane to fix thier fibre.the matter was reported to them on the 4th of July and they only sent a technician on the 7th of July. i did not get any feedback from them until i called them on the 11th of July and they still didn't want to come and fix their fiber. they were claiming that they still have queries from may that they have to resolve and that on its won shows me how inefficient they are. i had to go sit in thier offices for them to give me attention.

i do not recommend thier services at all
