I can’t have Wi-Fi because my neighbour is using my address

I paid for the R19 special they had 3 months back and no installation has been done,I called Vuma and after weeks to find out my neighbour is using my address without my consent, I asked them to solve the issue but nothing has been done they call to ask the same questions and tell me I’ll get assistance but nothing. I really feel it’s very unfair because my neighbour is enjoying their services and I the person who lives there can’t have Wi-Fi. It’s ok they have failed me I just want my money back as little as it might be to them because I feel this is all ***** because there’s 2 vuma Wi-Fi in one house🥺
