I cant afford a ****** downtime 4 days in a row
I need the maintenance team now 183849 i do not tolerate half jobs, come back and fix this issue temporarily and we do the rest once my internet is restored. I work from home and this is ******** because now i have to succumb to a ****** 3G modem. Your staff also keep telling me 2 different things over the phone and i am not a happy chap about it so please can a tech be deployed here and sort this out once and for all.

03 Jul 2019, 16:11i need the maintenance team top come and resolve this issue today still because i know you close at 5pm, i am on the line here with your consultants and they are not offering me a solution. i am going to start mentioning names of all the people i am dealing with currently maybe this will be escalated quick
