I am waiting for your Installation team. Can this be sorted Before end of business day 05 March 2025

I am so disappointed, I joined and paid.. I am waiting for the installation team to my surprise you guys sent maintenance team to my home. What are they gonna maintain? Because I am waiting for installation. Can this be arranged and Installed today 05 March 2025.
