I payed but not received any installation and when I contact them, they are telling me that there system shows that I got the installation and it's active, while I didn't receive anything, when I tell them that, Its not true, they said the system says that, so wish means their agent did ***** with my information and my address and the painful thing I payed for someone whome I don't know to enjoy my benefits while I'm suffering to get help,no one is able to help me,or send someone to come and check whether I got the installation or not, please help me I don't know where to go anymore 😥😥

18 Dec 2023, 16:59Hi,l was not helped at all by vuma,I went to the branch,they told me that my rooter was taken by Bongani from vuma dsv voslorus brach,and he has installed it in wrong place,and he said he will replace it but he failed to do that,now he is not answering my calls,they blocked me from their watsupnumber, I have sent the emails to ask for my refund but no reply.with all due respect please vuma can you please refund my R400
So that I can look for another wifi please 😥😥😥
