I AM BEING DENIED FTTH SERVICE TO MY HOUSE
I am being denied Vuma fiber to the home service due to the fact that someone at SADV made a mistake and use my address o my Neighbor's profile, now my neighbor has the fiber service and I cannot be given a service. Webafrica is denying me the service because my house is seen as having the installation already. This has been going on for a week and SADV is not willing to resolve this. Can Vuma intervene please. My address is 24 Robert Cole Bowen Place where the service is required.. My Neighbor's address is 4 Robert Cole Bowen Place which SADV should have used when they give my neighbor the service. I have already emailed that information to that email. They even called my Neighbor numerous time and she conformed her correct address. There's just nothing happening. There is no one willing to assist, this is frustrating. You promised this will be resolved ASAP but nothing is happening at all.
