HOW IS THIS STILL AN ISSUE!!!!!

It has been a month of service issues with vimatel! I have contacted and logged many calls with Vox. They informed me that they do not see any service active in my area from Vumatel! How is this possible! How am I paying for something that is not even “connected” in my area? This is a service issue and that is what Vox has told me! VUMATEL YOU NEED TO SORT THIS OUT!!! We can’t deal with eskom and YOU!!!
