Horrifying Service
I have never been so disappointed my entire life. What a horrible service I have had and yet I have made payment. Each and every agent tells me something different since Monday and yet my service is still not reconnected. Haven't been able to work since Monday and nothing gets taken to consideration. I am livid!

I haven't had internet since Monday and I have not received not even 1 apology because all this is my fault that you cannot see my payment.
I have been using the same payment method for a long time.

24 Jan 2026, 13:47It is day 12 today without service,I had to make another payment this morning for me to have internet as I need it to work.
I have been told the payment made this morning reflects but I am still not reconnected.
I really don't know what I did to deserve this horrible service,I have list so much money working from the internet cafés everyday and nobody seems to even give a thing about me.Can I just have my money back and look for a better service somewhere.
