HORRIFIC VUMATEL SUPPORT SERVICE

VUMATEL has given me the MOST HORRIFIC technical support. My ISP is Afrihost and between the two of them have been given the run around. On the 11 APRIL 2018 I was off line and from that day was off line for 11 ELEVEN DAYS. I had been incorrectly patched since the 17 January and VUMATEL and AFRIHOST had not picked it up. The problem is this information was only discovered on the very 10th day of no internet. Then on the Saturday 21 April finally after waiting 11 days, a VUMATEL techinician came out to repatch me. The internet line worked for 1 week and then it went off again. Then AFRIHOST said that my password was incorrect, then I was told my mac address was incorrect and so it has gone on, I was reconnected. 5 days ago on 9 MAY I was off again. AFRIHOST said it was my password and then 2 days later discovered it was not my password but incorrect patching AGAIN!! On SATURDAY night after having spent 100's of rands on airtime, SHAun the technician arrived. He said all he was told was that my line was down. NO PROPER COMMUNICATION from either VUMATEL or AFRIHOST was given to him. He claimed that I wasn't incorrectly patched but that the CPE box wires needed splicing!!! Internet worked until Sunday MORNING and I HAVE BEEN OFF SINCE. THE problem I have is that both the agents for AFRIHOST and VUMATEL take the flack from the client and we have no access to the SUPERVISORS. They are hidded behind walls and we also have no access to the maintenance team to explain the issue to them. I have proof of the amount of money I have spent on airtime with VUMATEL and AFRIHOST and I will get this back, but the real issue is that I pay 800 rand a month and I am not getting the proper service I require by being online. I called VUMATEL this morning the 14th of MAY to say that I am still not connected and the agent could not get hold of maintenance. I then insisted of speaking to a supervisor KARABO who said the maintenance guys have problematic phones !!! REally!!! VUMATEL get your act together and provide the service you set out to do.
