HORRIFIC VUMATEL SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The WORST service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Vumatel was meant to come install fibre yesterday at 15h30! I had arranged and paid for someone to be at the premises as I was at work at the time! Vumatel did not bother to call or message! No communication whatsoever!!!! I'm still without wifi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrific service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Webafrica is not exactly being helpful on the matter!
