Horrific Customer Service

Vuma has very bad customer service from start to finish i chose the option for R499 where they said the connection speed its 40/20 only when I'm checking it is 40/8 call them no answer i send message to their support team no responds till today but this was sent yesterday at 10:00 am. I can't even work because they delayed me from last week. Their technicians are unprofessional they fight clients everything its just a mess what a unprofessional company I've known . All they care about its money but the service its stinking.
