Horribly Slow Service - Unbelievable

Horribly slow services - been waiting over a month for fibre connection. The order confirmation email claims a 2 week turnaround time and it seems that they're slowness is the norm as I have neighbors who waited 2 months & more to be connected. The fibre is in the complex & all that's needed is connection.
