Horrible Vumatel Costumer service.

I installed fiber connect a week ago and it only worked for a day. I reported the issue 6 days ago and the problem hasn't been resolved. Vuma's customer service is terrible, they didn't even give me query tickets that I could use to do follow-ups on the issue. Now I have a device that I paid for and only used it for a day.
