Horrible technical support

The technical support team is so ***********. I haven't had any connection since the 23rd of October. I've been transfered from one agent to another. One agent even told me I can cancel the subscription if I feel like they're not helping. I've been calling and emailing every week but no help has been granted. I'll never recommend this Fibre company to anyone.
