horrible service we receive from Vumatel

I reported a fiber issue on Monday morning to suparsonic call center and they gave us a ticket number (SST587161) their technician came on the same day and Identified the issue and explained to us that we need reinstallation then he log a ticket to Vumatel for Installation on Tuesday. We were given a new reference (***7). However, we have yet to receive any assistance until this date. Call the Vuma call centre in this number *** on Wednesday 5th Feb, installation is still not booked. The delay is frustrating and these no time line. The service we get from this company its horrible I would advise any one to join.
