Horrible service Vumatel and Webafrica

My internet has been down since last week Monday, webafrica is my service provider and not much better than Vumatel.......this is now the second time around that we have been without internet for such a long period of time. They promise turn-around time of 72 hours, we are out for more than a week now!!!! Really horrible service, all we get told is that it has been escalated, but no one has done anything about it.......We run businesses and losing money because of your negligents
