Horrible Service Vumatel

I have a very frustrating experience with Vumatel. I paid for their service beginning September they did installation and connection only beginning October but we didn't have internet access. Logged a faulty ticket they kept on closing without following up if fault is resolved. I had to keep on calling for a new faulty ticket to be logged and ascalated but they never sent anyone to come and investigate the fault with the connection the whole month of October. End of October I gave up because it was frustrating, I asked them to do a cancelation and refund me. Till today I haven't received my full refund because I never got the service that I paid for. I then signed up with a different service provider Mweb but unfortunately they are also supp**** by Vumatel as well. My line still didn't have internet access so the complaint/faulty ticket was logged same thing is happening. They will send a message to the Mweb to confirm fault been resolved without even calling or texting to see if I have internet. How does a fault get resolved without even sending a technician to investigate they never told me what really is a problem I will suggest they come out maybe theres factory fault with the router but they never made any effort to investigate . I mean how long does it take to send a technician to service a client that paid their money for the services? It is now end November still no internet access so They now owe me R399 x2 Very bad service, they only make sales but don't care about delivering the services.
