Horrible service provider

Vumatel installed fibre in my neighbourhood (Kwaggasrand) and started advertising to get people on their network, I went through a different ISP, despite that the line that was setup in my house from them didn't work since day of installation, they have responded to multiple tickets to come resolve and they still couldn't get the line working. I have since canceled with the ISP as well for lack of accountability from them and Vumatel. At this point I want vuma to come collect their router and remove their connection and pole from my property
