Horrible service provider.

Vumatel is the worst service provider and at this point I just want my money back!!!! I paid for the service last month in September and I only used the Wi-Fi service for less than a week. When I contacted your team they keep telling me that they will come to fix the problem as the Wi-Fi had no internet and kept showing a red dot…. I have had enough of this and I need my money back please!!!!!!
