Horrible service, payment made but not connected

What a horrible service from vuma I regret joining them, I've paid 6days ago till now I've not been connected and none of their agents are assisting I've asked for a refund rather coz no one is attending to my matter they still hasn't rep**** nor process my refund not even internet connection, DON'T JOIN VUMA they don't have sense of urgency they dont care about the service they giving us only our money
