HORRIBLE SERVICE! NO ACCOUNTABILITY

We haven’t had WiFi in Barbeque Downs since Monday morning. There is no communication regarding the outage, and there is no SLA either. My ISP, WebAfrica, keeps blaming Vumatel, and Vumatel keeps blaming DFA, so no one wants to take responsibility and yet, we are expected to pay full price for a service that is unavailable and yet, I have made promises to my employer that I’ll have a reliable and active line at all times . Vumatel and WebAfrica have given me the worst service from inception, to date and if you have an alternative, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! THEY ARE THE WORST
