Horrible Service from Webafrica and Vumatel

The Service I have received from Vumatel and Webafrica is beyond shocking. It's been almost a week now without and Internet connection at all I'm being told is that tickets are being raised. There is no sense of any personal customer service. I'm merely a number to them without any resolve.

I have the router from WebAfrica and the point installed by Vumatel but they are failing to connect it. When I try to contact the Whatsapp number to speak to a Webafrica consult you wait for hours. It's been 2 hours now waiting to chat to someone and still nothing.
