HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM VUMATEL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

Horrible service from Vumatel, called at least 20 times to get an ETR for the connectivity issues I’ve been experiencing since Saturday. I’ve spoken to numerous people who said they marked my ticket as “urgent” and would resolve the issue only to be left disappointed. I can’t work without a stable internet connection and nobody has bothered to call and give me feedback or an update. I was not prioritised as a paying customer and Vumatel cares little about good customer service. I am still without internet and it is now day 3, tickets are being escalated yet nothing is happening, I am being told everyday that they will fix my line by the end of the day and after 72 hours nothing has changed. I am tired of the horrible service from Vumatel, cancelling my contract with them end of Feb 2021, I am DONE! If anyone has suggestions on alternatives to Vumatel please comment below
