Horrible service from Vumatel

Totally in disbelief of the horrible customer service I have been receiving from Vumatel, YET AGAIN!! My fiber has been down for the past 7 days and mind you this is the second month where I am down for numerous days without any explanation as to why this keeps happening. How do you expect me to work from home under these circumstances? I have logged a ticket and to date no technician has been sent to my house to determine what the issue is. This is unacceptable customer service.
