Horrible service from Vumatel

Vumatel came to install my line and simply refuse to activate the line. They drop my calls. The consultants are rude. I have spent over a thousand rands on data and airtime! They are complete refusing to help me! I want my refund so that i can get some else that will be reliable!!!!
