Horrible service from Vumatel call centre agents

I called Vumatel to reactivate my line after it was reset by WebAfrica (don’t even know why they took down my line because I paid in time) spoke to a gentleman named Wandile who was helpful until my line got cut. Then spoke to an extremely rude lady named Lufuno who was not helpful at all and sounded annoyed and reluctant to put me through to someone who may help or a superior.

I don’t understand who they treat paying customers like this especially when they are in the wrong.
