Horrible Service from Vumatel

I am so upset with Vumatel and Vox they do not communicate at all neither do they follow up with customers or send emails, I have been stuck with vumatel for three years now and there is always one problem after the other, I called them yesterday requesting for an activation on my Wi-Fi and they cancelled my ticket because the activation failed, and no one bothered to call or send an sms regarding the situation, I had to call numerous times requesting for assistance and all they kept saying is that the ticket is being escalated to where I do not know, I am so frustrated the communication from Vumatel or Vox is horrible we pay for WIFI and get always get a ****ty service
