Horrible service from Vumatel

I am so disappointed in Vumatel. I have been without fiber for almost 10 days with NO communication from Vumatel and Vodacom. I work from home and I have had to make alternative arrangements due to this. I logged a ticket with Vodacom and Vumatel on the 18th but do date, my fiber is still down. No communication whatsoever I constantly have to call to get an update.
