HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM VUMA

Horrible service from Vuma,It's been 3 days Wifi (Ticket ***) Nosipho Mhlanga (Regional Operations Coordinator)promised to prioritize my query & it's almost midday and no Technician has come & I've just started my small business and I rely heavily on internet (My kids school work, TV work with Wi-Fi so our social life is also affected.
