Horrible service from Mfundo Mnobeni at Mweb, from the 24th of May, I was told my refund would be sent back into my account in less than 15 working days, I have been emailing this consultant nonstop for over a month with no response, we are now in August

Horrible service from Mfundo Mnobeni at Mweb, from the 24th of May, I was told my refund would be sent back into my account in less than 15 working days, I have been emailing this consultant nonstop for over a month with no response, we are now in August and my refund of R399 has not been processed and I feel this is atrocious service and a total lack of respect to me as a paying subscriber, please can someone from Mweb or Vumatel take accountability and solve this issue.
