Horrible Service!!! - Fibre down and no-one at Vuma can help apparently

Extremely horrible support! they claim to be Vuma heroes but calling them is worse than pulling teeth! Spoke to Sibusiso who couldnt help for nothing and rather giving me answers to questions i did not ask - when asked for his managers details i first got uhm .... then he rep**** his new there and cant remember who his manager is however he somehow started remembering and gave me someones name - Montuse Nekedi (not sure if this person is real). My fibre is down and I need it sorted ASAP !! please can someone help
