Horrible service

I'm happy with the internet connection but really disappointed with the service or the fact that for an issue to be resolved it has to be taken to Hellopeter. I'm currently unable to connect which may be due to non payments. Payments that was meant to be debited but till date no debit has went off. We don't get any assistance when asking for other payment options. The service is horrible but network connection is really good. It would really sadden me to leave this provider but by the look of things it may just lead to that if this is the kind of service we keep on getting.
