Horrible service.

On the 28th of June i had Vuma fibre installed however the people who were installing the cable did not bother even digging for the cables they were connected on top of the ground and then called Vuma and an quality controller was send to view and he noted that they did not do a good job and they will come and install again, it took them a week to come back after constant calling and then when they did still they did not dig enough and it rained today the pipes are exposed and damaged.The service is really horrible and don't know when they will come again.
