horrible service

Good day, I’ve logged the following ticket ***1 and a technician came to do troubleshooting however they advised they were leaving and will come back after 10minutes as they were waiting for another team to re-install the fibre. I waited and waited, and they never came back. When I called the technician back, he send a message saying he can’t speak I should sent a text and when I did there was no reply. I’m not enjoying the service received at all as I work from home. That cased a lot of frustration as I was not productive at all.
