Horrible service

I have attempted for almost 2 weeks to get internet services from Vumatel, but to no avail. I have dealt with Lerato Leso there and she does not have a clue what it is to keep a promise. She keeps on saying she will get my problem resolved and contact me before the day is done, but she does not. I have just moved into a flat in Helderkruin and is obligated to use them there as they are the preferred supplier of fibre, but at this stage I am wishing I could use useless Telkom as I believe I would have received better service from them. I believe Vumatel is becoming like Telkom, too big and then customer service goes out the window. It is a tragedy that service delivery in this country is none existent and people still wonder why Moodies sees this country as junk
