Horrible service

The fly.cool chat bot is really pathetic, I don't understand why you have the whatsapp line if you can't even assist with issues on there. I tried making a payment but it said my easy pay number is invalid, and now I want to know if it's still active or not, but the chat bot on whatsapp is not at all helpful. How many times do one have to chat with it to be assisted.
