Horrible Service

I app**** for fibre through RSAweb, and scheduled an installation, your guys arrived threw hours late and then told me that there was no infrastructure, they said someone would be in contact regarding this (maintenance team). I have never heard from any team member, also I kept calling in to Britelink MC, staff members in cape town office are of no help. They would drop the call, or just be completely nonchalant. I would just like to know who I need to speak with to have said infrastructure put in place, it's been two months already.
