Horrible service

Vumatel is so useful, the call center agent promised to call me back so he dispatch a technician, even now I'm still waiting for the technician, nevermind the call back promised. Mxm. Technician came yesterday but there was loadsheding and he said he will come back around 7pm, which when I called he said he cannot come back but he promised he will come this morning at 11am, I waited and waited and I decided to call him where he said he will come but they sent him elsewhere in the meantime, I'm still waiting even now. Vumatel is so pathetic
