Horrible Service

So my network goes down I contact my service provider and they advised that Vuma deleted my line , please explain to me how you can delete someone’s line just because you want to , without contact without communicating you just delete a paying person’s fiber line. Please do better your service is extremely bad I waited months before for my line to get fixed wonder how long I will wait now
